Alzero brings Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot together with the Veronese tradition of drying grapes before fermentation. At the Quintarelli family's cellar in the hills of Negrar, careful bunch selection and a period of resting before pressing reshape the interpretation of these international varieties. Extended maturation in wood follows, as part of an approach that values patience and precision. The wine's identity comes from this meeting: Bordeaux grapes interpreted through a practice deeply rooted in Valpolicella. It is one of the estate's most personal expressions, made with the same hands-on attention that defines the wider range.
