Description

Giuseppe Quintarelli's Amarone Classico comes from the hills north of Verona, within a family tradition founded on selection and patience. Carefully chosen grapes are laid in boxes or on mats for natural drying. Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts and proceeds slowly, before extended maturation in large Slavonian oak casks. The estate reserves this bottling for suitable harvests, distinguishing it from its Riserva and special selections. Its identity is therefore shaped by the complete journey of the grapes, from the vineyard through drying to the long period of rest in the cellar.
