Primofiore 2023 by Giuseppe Quintarelli is a red Veneto IGT from the Valpolicella area. It is produced from an equal blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, giving a fruit-forward profile with red berry notes and subtle spice. Production includes a short drying period for some grapes and oak maturation, aimed at immediate approachability while preserving regional character.
