Description

Rosso del Bepi is a red wine produced by Giuseppe Quintarelli and released as a Veneto IGT. It is made from many of the same varieties used for the estate’s top wines (notably Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon) and is sometimes bottled in years when the winery opts not to release an Amarone, using traditional appassimento-based vinification. Extended ageing in wood gives it structure and concentration, making it a characterful expression of the Valpolicella/Veneto area.
