The 2020 Mamuthone by Giuseppe Sedilesu is a Cannonau di Sardegna DOC made from Cannonau grapes grown in Mamoiada, Barbagia. It offers Mediterranean aromas of red berries, garrigue herbs and warm spice; on the palate it is full-bodied with integrated tannins and a persistent finish. It pairs well with roasted meats and traditional Sardinian dishes.
