Description
Celebris Blanc de Blancs 2012 is the first vintage release in the Gosset line made exclusively from Chardonnay. A long stay in the cellar accompanies a structure in which freshness and vinosity support one another. Its golden colour shows greenish highlights and particularly fine bubbles. Pink grapefruit, almond and a hint of menthol intertwine on the nose. The palate opens with lemon before broadening towards baked apple and pastry, with touches of candied ginger and star anise. The finish is long, lively and mineral in character.
