Description

Gosset’s Extra Brut brings together Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier in a cuvée conceived for the aperitif. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is carried out for this bottling, contributing to a more approachable, fruit-focused profile. Time in bottle precedes disgorgement and a restrained dosage. Apricot and white peach emerge on the nose, accompanied by hints of hawthorn. On the palate, citrus brings precision and balances the wine’s rich fruit character through the course of the tasting.
