Description

Graci’s Arcurìa Etna Bianco is an Etna Bianco DOC from the Arcurìa cru in Passopisciaro on Mount Etna, produced by the Graci estate. It is made from 100% Carricante grown on volcanic soils at about 600 m elevation; grapes are mainly vinified in stainless steel with part of the maturation in 15‑hl casks. On the palate it shows bright acidity, pronounced mineral tension and notes of white flowers, citrus and almond — descriptors commonly reported for this bottling.
