Arcurìa Sopra il Pozzo is Graci's top Etna Rosso, from the highest part of Contrada Arcurìa in Passopisciaro, on Etna's northern slope, at about 700 metres. Pure Nerello Mascalese, it ferments in open wooden vats with a long maceration and matures 18 months in large casks. The 2019 is vibrant and mineral, with candied orange, small red fruits, ash and spice.
