Graham’s 10 Years Old Tawny is a Port blended from wines matured in seasoned oak casks, with an average age of ten years. Time spent in wood accompanies the transformation of the fruit and the appearance of more developed aromas. The nose suggests nuts, honey and figs; the palate retains rich, mature fruit, with a mellow texture and a sweet, persistent finish. Served slightly chilled, it pairs with baked desserts, particularly an apple pie flavoured with cinnamon, complementing the wine’s combination of fruit and mature character.
