Graham’s 40 Years Old Tawny brings together Ports cared for in wood across generations, blended with an average age of forty years. Seasoned oak casks allow slow development, carefully followed before the wines destined for the cuvée are selected. The profile retains aromatic intensity and combines delicate fruit and raisins with suggestions of toasted toffee and chocolate. Persistence is central to the palate, extending the sensations developed during maturation. A slightly chilled serving temperature helps reveal the progression of its aromas and the texture shaped by prolonged ageing.
