A red Côtes du Rhône from Domaine Gramenon made from centennial Grenache vines farmed biodynamically. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in whole-cluster maceration for roughly 18–21 days, with light sulfur addition after malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged about 12 months in demi-muids and concrete eggs, with a limited use of SO2.
