Description

A traditional-method sparkling wine from Gramona in the Penedès (Catalonia), marketed under the collective brand Corpinnat. The 2017 vintage is a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards. Extended lees ageing (over 50 months) yields a fine mousse and creamy texture with aromas of white fruit, citrus and subtle pastry notes. Alcohol is approximately 12% and technical details follow the producer’s published specifications.
