Description

Bianco Breg Anfora 2006 is a full-bodied, amber-hued white made from an assemblage of Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Riesling Italico. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation and extended skin contact in buried amphorae, followed by lengthy aging in large oak casks, yielding a tannic texture and aromas of dried fruit, herbal notes and spice. On the palate it is warm, saline and persistent, with polished tannins and refreshing acidity that sustain a long finish.
