Description
A sweet wine from Gravner made solely from selected, botrytized Ribolla Gialla grapes from multiple harvests vinified together. It shows an amber hue and a layered aromatic profile featuring dried fruit, honey, resin and subtle oxidative notes. Winemaking includes fermentation in buried amphorae with extended skin-and-stem contact, followed by ageing in small oak casks.
