Gravner’s Rosso Breg is the estate’s Pignolo red from Oslavia. The 2007 and 2008 vintages are classified as table wine. Vinification involves extended skin contact in buried Georgian amphorae, with native yeasts and no temperature control. Five years in oak casks are followed by nine further years of ageing before release. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
