Guiborat Prisme.20 is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs made entirely from Chardonnay sourced from the Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry parcels in the Côte des Blancs. Marketed as Prisme.20, the wine is based on the 2020 harvest and is finished as an extra‑brut to emphasize precision and freshness. Winemaking includes blocking malolactic fermentation to preserve a lively, chalk‑driven mineral profile.
