Description

Guiborat’s Téthys.22 is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs cuvée produced by Richard Fouquet at Domaine Guiborat. It is made solely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from Côte des Blancs parcels in Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry. The blend is based mainly on the 2022 harvest supplemented with reserve wines and is released with an extra‑brut dosage after lees aging. On the palate it shows white citrus and spring-flower aromas with a focused, saline finish.
