A red Cornas from Guillaume Gilles, made from 100% Syrah grown on the steep, terraced Chaillot slopes. Reflecting the granite-rich terroir, it offers aromas of black fruit, spice and a subtle floral lift. The palate is concentrated and structured, with firm tannins, balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish.
