Description

Rosé Infusion is a rosé Champagne made using the saignée method, vinified from vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne (Bonneil). The blend is led by Pinot Meunier with a notable proportion of Chardonnay, providing structure and fresh acidity. Aromas of red berries and cherry are accompanied by lively acidity and a pleasantly sapid, fine-bubbled texture.
