Description

Guillaume Sergent’s 1er Cru “Bossa Nova” Extra Brut is a Blanc de Noirs made from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir sourced from Premier Cru parcels in Vrigny, Montagne de Reims. It shows an Extra Brut, dry style with fine bubbles and mineral-driven tension supporting notes of small red fruits and subtle white-fleshed fruit. The cuvée is produced in limited quantities by the small Guillaume Sergent domaine and emphasizes site expression and clarity.
