Description

The Pataphysique Extra Brut 2020 from Guillaume Sergent is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne from Vrigny (Premier Cru) in the Montagne de Reims. It is made entirely from Pinot Meunier and presented in an Extra Brut style, with extended lees ageing. On the palate it offers a fine mousse and an expressive profile of red fruit with subtle autolytic (yeast) notes, balanced by freshness and salinity. The cuvée is produced in very limited quantities by a small family estate.
