Description

Produced by Gulfi from the San Lorenzo single vineyard in Pachino (Val di Noto), NeroSanlorè is labeled as DOC Sicilia Rosso. It is made from 100% Nero d’Avola trained on the traditional alberello system, with a long maceration during vinification. The wine is aged roughly two years in small 500 L barrels and spends at least one year in bottle before release. The sensory profile shows red fruit and floral notes with an elegant structure and lingering finish.
