Description
Produced by Gulfi, the 2017 Pinò is an IGT Terre Siciliane red made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. Harvested later than many local reds, the wine undergoes a long, controlled-temperature maceration on the skins. In the glass it shows an elegant structure with varietal red-fruit aromas complemented by the mineral and earthy tones of the Etna terroir. It pairs well with dishes such as roasted white meats or lighter game.
