Vinothèque Champagne from Guy Michel & Fils presented as an Extra Brut, made from a traditional blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. It is marked by extended lees aging, which provides complexity, bread-and-yeast notes and a creamy texture with a fine mousse. On the palate it balances ripe fruit, mineral sapidity and an elegant, lingering finish.
