H. Blin Brut Tradition is a non-vintage Brut Champagne from Vincelles in the Vallée de la Marne. The cuvée is Meunier-dominant, completed by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, showing aromas of yellow fruit such as peach and apricot. On the palate it is rounded and gourmand with fine bubbles; minimum ageing is 24 months and dosage is about 6 g/L.
