H. Blin’s L’Esprit Nature is an Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs from Champagne made from Chardonnay. It shows floral and white-fruit aromas, a pronounced acidity and a mineral impression from extended lees aging. The cuvée is produced using organic-grown fruit and is presented as a low-dosage, dry style. It is offered as a non-vintage (NV) Champagne with prolonged lees aging.
