H. Blin L'Esprit Nature — 100% Petit Meslier Cépage Oublié is a Brut Nature cuvée from the Champagne cooperative H. Blin, made solely from the rare Petit Meslier grape. It is vinified without malolactic fermentation, presented at 0 g/L dosage, and aged in bottle for a minimum of four years. Sourced from vineyards in Vincelles (Vallée de la Marne), it offers floral and citrus aromas and a fresh, slightly saline palate.
