Description

The H. Blin Rosé de Saignée 2016 is a rosé Champagne made by short skin contact (the saignée method) to enhance concentration and aromatic intensity. Produced in Vincelles in the Vallée de la Marne, it is made from 100% Pinot Meunier. It shows a deep pink colour with red-berry and darker cherry notes, aged a minimum of six years on the lees and finished with a low dosage for a focused profile.
