Description

Haderburg Riserva Hausmannhof Brut 2013 is a traditional-method sparkling wine from Salorno in Alto Adige. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on the Hausmannhof estate, the wine undergoes extended lees ageing prior to release. Aromatically it is rich and complex; on the palate it is dry, fresh, with fine bubbles and lively acidity. It pairs well with fish, shellfish and white meat dishes.
