Description

The Hamilton‑Russell Chardonnay is an estate-grown Chardonnay from the Hemel‑en‑Aarde Valley in the Walker Bay district of the Western Cape, South Africa. It is barrel‑fermented and typically matured in French oak for several months with lees contact. The bouquet features citrus and stone-fruit aromas alongside distinct mineral and saline notes. On the palate it shows bright acidity, focused structure and a restrained oak influence.
