Description

Hamiltonā€‘Russellā€™s Pinot Noir is made from estate fruit grown in the Hemelā€‘enā€‘Aarde Valley in the Walker Bay area. In a cool maritime style, it shows earthy red-fruit aromas, spicy undertones and a refined tannic structure. The wine is matured in French oak barrels for about 10 months, which adds silky texture and subtle spice. Overall the wine is precise and terroir-focused with a persistent finish.
