Description
Henri Boillot’s Bourgogne Blanc is a Chardonnay combining several origins within the Côte de Beaune. The cuvée’s profile includes vineyards in Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Romain, Auxey-Duresses and Monthelie, on clay-limestone soils. Maturation takes place in previously used oak barrels, following an approach that accompanies the wine without seeking a pronounced new-oak signature. Precision, freshness and balance are central to the house’s white wines. In this regional appellation, the blending process connects Chardonnay’s identity with the diversity of the places from which the grapes are sourced.
