Description

Clos Richemont is Domaine Henri Boillot’s monopole Meursault Premier Cru. This white wine is made from Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone soils in the Côte de Beaune. Oak maturation forms part of its development, using both new and previously used barrels. Its defined origin belongs to the estate’s search for a precise interpretation of individual terroirs. Cellar work favours attention to the wine’s material and measured intervention, within a white-wine style directed towards freshness, energy and definition, allowing the identity of the vineyard to remain central.
