Description

The AY Grand Cru Brut MV17 from Henri Giraud is a Grand Cru cuvée from Aÿ made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is a multi-vintage (MV) blend based on the 2017 harvest supplemented by a perpetual reserve (solera); part of the wine is vinified and aged in small Argonne oak barrels with extended lees ageing. The wine displays a structured, mineral-driven profile that reflects the Aÿ terroir.
