Description

Henri Giraud’s Hommage au Pinot Noir is a blanc de noirs Champagne made exclusively from Pinot Noir, largely sourced from the Grand Cru vineyards of Aÿ. This non-vintage (Brut Sans Année) cuvée undergoes partial ageing in small oak barrels, which adds subtle spicy and toasted nuances to the aromatic profile. On the palate it is elegant and structured, showing ripe red-fruit aromas, hints of cedar and a fresh minerality reflective of its terroir.
