Description

The Henriet-Bazin 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs “Marie Amélie” 2015 is a Premier Cru Brut Nature Champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in Villers‑Marmery. The cuvée is drawn from selected old-vine parcels (Clos, Fosses, Alouettes) on chalky soils and is matured on the lees after fermentation in enamelled tanks. The wine emphasizes mineral purity and concentration of the terroir and pairs well with rich fish dishes and soft cheeses.
