Henriot Blanc de Blancs pays tribute to the Chardonnay that entered the family’s history through the Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs. The cuvée combines wines of different origins and maturity, bringing a selection of reserves together with the most recent harvest. This construction seeks a layered expression of the grape in which generosity and finesse coexist. The house describes fresh citrus, exotic nuances and pastry notes, with a chalky impression in the background. A velvety palate retains pronounced freshness, giving continuity to the wine and balancing the breadth of the blend.
