Description
Hemera 2008 brings together equal contributions from Henriot’s six founding crus: Verzy, Verzenay and Mailly-Champagne in the Montagne de Reims, and Avize, Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay share the blend equally, creating an entirely Grand Cru cuvée. The 2008 harvest is interpreted through more than twelve years of maturation and restrained dosage. The house highlights freshness, finesse and measured power, with subtle toasted notes in the background. On the palate, liveliness meets a precise, harmonious structure, expressing the encounter between historic terroirs and time.
