Description

A dry Riesling from vines planted on steep slate terraces in the Mosel, combining ripe stone fruit and citrus with pronounced mineral tension. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and the wine is aged mainly in large wooden vessels, which add texture and structural depth. Bright acidity and a saline, focused mouthfeel make the wine enjoyable now while also supporting short- to medium-term cellaring.
