Description

The 2015 Riesling Uhlen Laubach is a dry white wine from the Laubach parcel within the Winningen Uhlen vineyard in the Mosel. Fermented with wild yeasts in wooden barrels and aged on the lees until the summer after harvest, it presents concentrated structure balanced by elegant acidity. The palate displays pronounced slate-like minerality, orchard fruit and citrus aromas, and a long persistent finish.
