Description

Riesling from the Uhlen Roth Lay vineyard in Winningen, grown on steep slate terraces with iron-rich strata that contribute pronounced mineral character. Bottled in the VDP.GROSSES GEWÄCHS (Grosses Gewächs) style for the 2015 vintage, it presents a dry, terroir-driven expression of Riesling with firm structure and marked acidity. The wine’s acidity and mineral backbone give it suitability for further bottle ageing.
