The Syberia Chardonnay is made from a single steep block on the upper slopes of the Hoddles Creek estate in the Yarra Valley. Fruit is whole-bunch pressed and the wine receives oak maturation, giving it focused structure and bright acidity. Flavors include citrus and white stone fruit with a saline/mineral thread and a long, lively finish.
