Description

The MICHEI Riserva 823 Trento DOC Brut from Tenuta J. Hofstätter is a traditional-method sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir grown in the vineyards above Ala (Valle dei Ronchi) at 600–860 m. Produced from 100% Pinot Noir and aged approximately 60 months on the lees, it shows an elegant, persistent mousse with notes of white fruit, citrus and fresh bread. Bottled under the Trento DOC appellation, it works well as an aperitif or paired with fish and shellfish.
