The Coteaux Champenois Riceys Blanc “En Valingrain” (2021) from Olivier et Serge Horiot is a still white wine from the Coteaux Champenois appellation, produced in the En Valingrain parcel in Les Riceys, Champagne. It is made from organically grown Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, vinified without filtration and aged on the lees, giving the wine a focused, mineral-driven texture and depth.
