Description

Rosé des Riceys “En Valingrain” is a still rosé produced by Olivier Horiot in the Les Riceys commune. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the single vineyard named En Valingrain, it reflects the characteristic terroir of the Rosé des Riceys appellation. The 2019 vintage shows red fruit aromas, a subtle mineral thread and a saline structure that pairs well with flavorful dishes.
