Produced by Domaine Hubert Lignier, the Morey‑Saint‑Denis 1er Cru “Vieilles Vignes” 2023 is made from old vines in two lieux-dits (Faconnières and Chenevery) totaling about 53 ares. The parcels, planted between 1936 and 1960, contribute noticeable concentration and character. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the wine displays a dense, complex profile with gentle spice and ripe fruit notes. It shows the structure and persistence typical of Morey‑Saint‑Denis premier cru wines.
