The 2023 Morey‑Saint‑Denis Très Girard from Domaine Hubert Lignier is a village‑level red wine from the Morey‑Saint‑Denis appellation, made predominantly from Pinot Noir. The cuvée comes from the 'Très Girard' climat on clay‑limestone marl soils and combines older vines with purchased fruit. Production is small and the winemaking emphasises fine tannins and a fruit‑forward profile that is apparent in its youth. It can be enjoyed in its early years or with short‑term bottle aging.
