Description

Morey‑Saint‑Denis “Trilogie” is a village‑level red produced by Domaine Hubert Lignier within the Morey‑Saint‑Denis appellation. It is made from Pinot Noir sourced from three principal parcels (Chenevery, Clos Solon, Porroux) planted in different years. The cuvée comes from a small overall holding (about 1 hectare) and expresses the local terroir of the village. It is typically intended to benefit from a few years of cellar ageing while preserving the freshness and structure characteristic of the Côte de Nuits.
