Description

Hudelot-Noëllat's Richebourg Grand Cru is made from Pinot Noir grown on east-facing clay-limestone soils. Harvesting and sorting are manual; partial destemming precedes fermentation with indigenous yeasts and cap punching. The wine matures in oak barrels, without fining or filtration before bottling. Its profile combines body, power and delicacy, with small red and black berries, violet and spices. Woodland-floor nuances may emerge with time. The cuvée expresses Pinot Noir's complexity through a Grand Cru origin and a structure intended to develop gradually in bottle.
